TWELVE STEPS FOR FEARLESS LIVING
by Ada Porat
At any given moment in life, we find ourselves at a variety of crossroads. These choice points that we have to deal with are at times mundane, or easy, or even downright scary.
Lately, when I talk to people, many of them express that they are facing major, life-defining crossroads. I am experiencing it myself. For one person it may involve taking their business to another level, for another it may mean leaving a job that no longer works. For others, that life-defining moment is on a personal level: finding the courage to break free from addiction, leave a relationship or reclaim their health.
Something deeper in you is being called forth at the crossroads of life’s journey and, once you answer the call, you know that life will not be the same.
At the initial stage of a life-defining crossroads, you may be unsure about how to proceed. Inspired guidance has not yet come forth and you may feel as if you are lost between the past and the future. This stage offers you the opportunity to embrace the unknown rather than feeling afraid or stuck. How do you do this without going into panic or fear?
It is very helpful to know that the experience of nothingness – the void of the unknown – is really the experience of pure potential. The place of non-material nothingness embodies pure, undifferentiated potential for a new reality to emerge in response to your intention, focus and faith. Instead of emptiness, this space contains the fullness of all possibilities. It offers you the opportunity create a new level of being for your soul to experience.
The experience of this non-material space offers you a profound opportunity for conscious creation. It is helpful to recognize that you are not at the whim of outside circumstances and random events here. You can consciously guide and create events through your focused intention, which forms the core of any creative process. When you set your intention clearly and specifically, you signal to the energies out there to create a reality that resonates with what you hold in mind.
Next, you need to take responsibility for your feelings so that you are in emotional alignment with your intention, banishing any sense of fear, worry, concern or doubt. Wherever our focus goes, energy flows. It is therefore essential to recognize any thoughts, feelings and emotions of fear, and to release these with compassion so your mind can be at peace – the true resting place of faith.
Finally, you have to let go of trying to control outcomes. Instead, present your desire or need to the Divine and then detach from it. Simply let go of all attachments and aversions in relation to the situation: both your attachment to the desired outcome and your fears of the alternative. Allow Divinity to respond to your situation at the appropriate time and in the appropriate way.
Then, allow gratitude to fill your being: give thanks for Divine guidance, provision and support to flow into you with each breath you take. Let the Divine Presence which sustains your very being, surround and fill you with a deep sense of gratitude. The attitude of gratitude expands your perspective to recognize guidance, synchronicities and confirmation on your journey.
From the perspective of gratitude and trust, you will take inspired action rather than pushing to make things happen from a place of fear or control. You are indeed part of a dynamic feedback loop with Divinity; a co-creative relationship where you are holding space for answers to emerge through your intention, faith, and gratitude.
When you grasp the enormous potential inherent in this process, you will see the crossroads of life as an opportunity to create optimal outcomes with the raw materials of life. Co-creating with Divine inspiration, your mind can begin to grasp what it means to have all of time and space at your disposal.
Here are a few principles to keep in mind as you learn to become fearless in the field of all possibilities:
1. Remain detached from your expectations and fears. Recognize that attachment breeds expectation and fear. Instead, focus on the Eternal Source of your supply and keep your focus on that Divine Source rather than on circumstances.
2. Keep your perspective on the present moment. When we focus on the future, we feed fear and anxiety; when we focus on the past, we feed guilt, blame and regret. In the present moment, there is always enough grace to meet your need, no matter how overwhelming the circumstances. By staying focused on the present, you stay open to all the possibilities.
3. Adapt quickly to mistakes. Rather than turning a setback into some judgment about yourself, the situation or somebody else, simply acknowledge your feelings of disappointment and take note of what you have learned from it. Then renew the process of detachment, surrender and trust so you can return to your ultimate resting place of peace.
4. Be alert to tiny signals – major turning points of life often arrive as small signals at first. Learn to see and interpret the metaphors through which life speaks to you.
5. Cultivate a healthy, balanced connection between your soul and body. You will be most effective at decision-making when you remain aware of your spiritual core guiding you through the physical challenges of life, rather than trying to disassociate from either aspect.
6. Stay flexible in your understanding and embrace ambiguity. Transformation is sometimes a messy process. Flexibility makes it easier to release unrealistic expectations when they prove untenable.
7. Be patient. You are a spiritual being that exists in eternity; don’t let human expectations and timelines rob you of peace. Surrender every fear, doubt, anxiety or worry as it surfaces, so you can hold a space of clear intention and trust the perfect unfolding of Divine order.
8. Take fabulously good care of yourself. Nurture yourself with healthy food, exercise and rest so you can have the physical resilience and stamina to realize optimal outcomes.
9. Allow your core values to guide your decisions. When your choices, actions and behaviors are aligned with your values, you won’t need to second-guess yourself.
10. Honor healthy boundaries. Learn that “no” can be a complete sentence. It’s a healthy and necessary way to address external demands at a time when you are figuring out major life decisions.
11. Be discerning about the company you keep. During times of change, it is important to receive validation from people whose view of reality matches your own. Such validation and encouragement grounds and supports you in trusting your own inner guidance, whereas negative people deplete your energy.
12. Take time for meditation or contemplation. This practice will help you stay centered and at peace. It is also a powerful way to re-connect to Divine inspiration and fuel for your soul.
Together, these principles can help you fearlessly face the unknown and embrace new possibilities. I suggest that you pick even just one of these principles and make it a part of your life during the next month. Then see what happens!
Facing life-defining crossroads as the co-creator of your life can feel scary or intimating. May these principles help develop you to align with your Divine Source to co-create from a place of faith instead of fear. The cross-roads of your life can become a life-changing opportunity!

Law of love and loved ones: Why are they not interested? Intro
“Law of love and our loved ones” is related to “How can I change the world?” Let me explain.
Although we’re not more than a dust particle we want to change the world. We have such great intentions, but as long as our intentions are focused on the physical world, the duality world, we will never realize that the world we see is the world we created. The world is you. And the sooner you realize that you are the world the sooner you’ll stop trying to change the-world-out-there.
We all want to make a difference to all the issues out-there.
Yesterday I had a chat to a lovely friend. Her husband cheated on her and she endured a lot of pain. After a few months he moved back into the nest. As we discussed the issue it reminded me of the problems out-there. She told me that her husband is not affectionate, he is cold, aloof and a real pain. She’s right. Continue reading

Love: The Best Way To Become Happy….
The best way to become happy with someone or something is to reduce judgment and/or increase appreciation. Serge Kahili King
The idea is that we reduce criticism and increase appreciation of self and others to resolve conflict. We tend to think that it’s difficult to be happy, we think we have to pay money to be happy. In the meantime it’s all just a choice. When we choose not to judge, and when we choose not to criticize we can be happy.
In my video on the Law Of Love I discuss the Ho’oponopono method, where you ask for forgiveness, you forgive, you say that you love (self or others) and thank you (self or others). What I really like about the method is that you can do it all in the mind, you don’t have to say it aloud to the person you criticize.
I used to judge everyone I met. But with practice and using the Ho’oponopono method I am getting better at it. And when I fail (and I do) I just ask the person for forgiveness, I say that I forgive the person, and I say that I love person and you thank (all in my mind).
Just think about it: You had a monster fight with your best friend and you use the ideas above to resolve the conflict, in the privacy of your own mind. I have used it many times and should not be surprised by the results but I am.
If you are unhappy with what I have said or done, please for give me, I have already forgiven you and I love you. Thank you
Johan
The Law of Attraction or Law of Love
The so called law of attraction was once called the law of love. For some or other reason to day’s masters changed it to the law of attraction.
The “law of attraction” describe the action. In addition to being descriptive the “law of attraction” can be used for positive and negative attractions. But I am, rather, attracted to the Law of Love. How do you feel?
Law of Love: Thoughts, Emotions And You
After I did the Law of Love video I woke one night and thought that I need to make a video to explain how you attract what you have even though you may not be aware of it and even if you don’t believe in the law of love (attraction). And even if you don’t like the idea.
In the new video you will hear, “Do you pray? Even if you don’t it does not matter.” I believe that prayer matters but most of us pray when it’s too late. We pray when we are down in the dumps. We therefore pray when our minds are dominated by limiting thoughts. I am getting off topic. The point I am making is that you don’t have to pray (and ask) because you will get what dominates your mind.
Become aware of your thoughts and watch this video.
Where love goes energy flows.

Law of LOVE Intro……
Today 5.7 billion people do not experience abundance. Are you included? You are either not as wealthy or as happy as you want to be.
You can either continue with this life or you can use the law of love.
But start by taking full responsibility for your past, your present and your future.
Why does one percent have all the abundance and you have very little?
You may believe that they are privileged. This is hogwash. Studying the greats will show you that many were from ordinary families.
Consider Andrew Carnegie, an ordinary worker, poor Gandhi, who won independence for India or Nelson Mandela, who was instrumental in the freedom of his people. They all kept one dominating and passionate idea in their heads for life.
You can become as abundant as these greats, if you change your thoughts to passionate love thoughts.
What is the law of love? It is the universal law that brings you love in the broadest possible sense. It brings you abundant happiness, wealth or whatever you want in abundance, even the misery, and sorrow if you keep these as dominating thoughts.
The difference, the abundant person’s thoughts are dominated by love many more times than yours.

If for example, you keep aggressive thoughts the law brings you aggressive people, situations and events.
What are love thoughts? Wealth, happiness, and love, fun and joy are examples.
What are not love thoughts? Thoughts of being poor, a failure, afraid, worried and more.
How often do you think Richard Branson’s thoughts dwell on being a failure? You know the answer intuitively.
The law of love has nothing to do with luck. Therefore Richard Branson and other masters did not make it because they were lucky.
When they had nothing they choose to follow the law of love. And you can choose too, even if you are not abundant today.
Your future depends on your new dominating thoughts. This mean you can apply the law of love from today to create abundance for yourself.
How do you become abundant? Become aware of your thoughts. If you feel bad you’ll be thinking bad things, if you feel great then check your thoughts, they will be great thoughts. From today find ways to change your bad feelings by changing your thoughts.
But, you are not wealthy, or happy, how can you have love thoughts?
People like you and me, have found that love thoughts do not depend on what you have. Love thoughts work because you have asked and because you keep it as the dominating thought. How do you do it?
Get a cheat-sheet with photos, or ideas you love, and go there when you become aware of limiting thoughts. This is what I do: As soon as I feel like judging people, I say, “Please forgive me, I forgive you, I love you, thank you.” Another one of my favourites is to play the song by Rod Steward, Forever Young.
These are only the first steps in becoming abundant. I will share more with you at this blog.
What stops you from adopting the law of love?
You know that the lack of love threatens your abundant future.
May you adopt the law of love today and become abundantly wealthy and happy.
Tap into the power of love.
Because where love goes energy flows…………..
