When you say good bye
Because we are all part of the cosmic soup we should not feel sad when we say good bye. Why then do I feel sad today? If you consider that the world is conspiring to make me and you a better person then saying good bye should be easy. Because we stay connected and there’s aways a lesson.
But….
During the last week we were in Mauritius for my birthday. My lovely wife Elmarie, my beautiful daughter Nandi and one of her friends Alister, had the best times, ever, at the Club Med Hotel.
The hotel staff (Gentle Officers or GOs) treated us (Gentle Members) like kings and queens. And we became intensely involved with them. They are a great bunch of people. They work from sun up and party till sun up. They do what they do well because they truly love the Gentle Members. But I think it’s a lot easier to love people who want to be loved…. and we are suckers for love. The more we gave the more we got back. And then we had to say good bye to our new friends.
Say good buy to people you know for only seven days should not be difficult. But we left knowing that we may never meet again (in this world at least) but why do we feel the emptiness?
Why the feeling of loss?
Then I had a double whammy. My daughter will attend university in Cape Town (two hours away -by plane) and she and my wife left, today, to set her up in the coming week. Now if you think it was difficult to say good bye to my friends at Club Met then I must confess.
I never expected to feel as sad as I do. Even though I will see her often and speak to her often I know that she is taking one of the most visible steps in becoming independent. Why then do I feel sad today?
Because I have enough reason. I will feel stronger very soon but at the moment I am touching LOVE! What an excuse………

I am aware and I have intent.
Never did I realize how powerful these actions will be. Or should I rather say, I never realized how powerful my decision to be aware and to have intent will be.
At the gym I do 20 minutes on the stepper and ten minutes running on the mill. Nobody likes the stepper so I always have a choices but the mill is another story.
But my one affirmation tells me that the world plots to make me a better person. In gym terms this mean that when I am finished with the stepper there will be a mill available for me. And that morning it happened. There wer no queue at all.
The day before yesterday I saw a regular gymmer, a women as I got into my car and she got out in her gym outfit with a nice new hair style. And I like it. I thought that the next time I see her at the gym I’ll introduce myself and tell her that I like her new look.
I forgot all about it. Then this morning I decided to have intent again as their was a queue building up at the mills. As I got off the stepper there were two mills open. “Great stuff!”, I thought. This gives me time to get some water before the run.
As I looked up two people approached and occupied the two mills. Skunks!

Law of LOVE Intro……
Today 5.7 billion people do not experience abundance. Are you included? You are either not as wealthy or as happy as you want to be.
You can either continue with this life or you can use the law of love.
But start by taking full responsibility for your past, your present and your future.
Why does one percent have all the abundance and you have very little?
You may believe that they are privileged. This is hogwash. Studying the greats will show you that many were from ordinary families.
Consider Andrew Carnegie, an ordinary worker, poor Gandhi, who won independence for India or Nelson Mandela, who was instrumental in the freedom of his people. They all kept one dominating and passionate idea in their heads for life.
You can become as abundant as these greats, if you change your thoughts to passionate love thoughts.
What is the law of love? It is the universal law that brings you love in the broadest possible sense. It brings you abundant happiness, wealth or whatever you want in abundance, even the misery, and sorrow if you keep these as dominating thoughts.
The difference, the abundant person’s thoughts are dominated by love many more times than yours.

If for example, you keep aggressive thoughts the law brings you aggressive people, situations and events.
What are love thoughts? Wealth, happiness, and love, fun and joy are examples.
What are not love thoughts? Thoughts of being poor, a failure, afraid, worried and more.
How often do you think Richard Branson’s thoughts dwell on being a failure? You know the answer intuitively.
The law of love has nothing to do with luck. Therefore Richard Branson and other masters did not make it because they were lucky.
When they had nothing they choose to follow the law of love. And you can choose too, even if you are not abundant today.
Your future depends on your new dominating thoughts. This mean you can apply the law of love from today to create abundance for yourself.
How do you become abundant? Become aware of your thoughts. If you feel bad you’ll be thinking bad things, if you feel great then check your thoughts, they will be great thoughts. From today find ways to change your bad feelings by changing your thoughts.
But, you are not wealthy, or happy, how can you have love thoughts?
People like you and me, have found that love thoughts do not depend on what you have. Love thoughts work because you have asked and because you keep it as the dominating thought. How do you do it?
Get a cheat-sheet with photos, or ideas you love, and go there when you become aware of limiting thoughts. This is what I do: As soon as I feel like judging people, I say, “Please forgive me, I forgive you, I love you, thank you.” Another one of my favourites is to play the song by Rod Steward, Forever Young.
These are only the first steps in becoming abundant. I will share more with you at this blog.
What stops you from adopting the law of love?
You know that the lack of love threatens your abundant future.
May you adopt the law of love today and become abundantly wealthy and happy.

Recalling my dreams the intro to last night
Yesterday I told myself that I will recall all my dreams. I had intent. But I wanted more. I wanted to understand the meaning of my dream the previous night. I was in for a real surprise. I dreamed a lot but I am not sure if the dreams were explaining the previous nights dreams. But they made me happy!
Recalling my dreams to take back 30% intro…
“Dreaming takes up a third of your life……….” I read this last night in an amazing book and decide to follow his idea on dream recall and learn from it.
The man said I will sleep for 30 years of my life, (if I intend to grow to 90 an leave this world peacefully with a legacy).
You may sleep more or less depending if you die before or after ninety and if you sleep more or less than me.
He also wrote, “A great many of mankind’s most valuable artistic and scientific achievements have become manifiest because people paid attention to their dreams.” And he continues, “There is no need to spend a third of your life unconscious……Live that third. You dream for a purpose. Find out what it is.”
This is a challenge I’ll gladly accept. Because I am on a quest to empower myself. And as I empower myself I hope to share empowering ideas with you. Therefore, one of my first steps will be to take back a third of my time. Because I am on the road to abundance.

Does abundance mean hard work? Intro
You know what! I am so happy and gratefully to know that you and I don’t have to work hard to experience abundant wealth or abundant happiness or abundant love. Abundance is all around us. As long s we follow the recipe.
Most of us believe the following:
Your great-grandfather knew what it meant to work hard. He hauled hay all day long, making sure that the cows got fed. In Fast Food Nation (Houghton Mifflin, 2001), Eric Schlosser writes about a worker who ruptured his vertebrae, wrecked his hands, burned his lungs, and was eventually hit by a train as part of his 15-year career at a slaughterhouse. Now that’s hard work.None of the people who are racking up amazing success stories and creating cool stuff are doing it just by working more hours than you are. And I hate to say it, but they’re not smarter than you either. They’re succeeding by doing hard work.
What is hard work? It is the courage to tell your boss that you don’t agree, therefore it is the courage to take risks.
But what do you do? You don’t want to rock the boat. Because if you rock the boat your boss can fire you or your wife can leave you (or your husband).
But these are not the only ingredients that made Richard Branson a success. And not the ingredients why Ghandi could free India. It’s a lot more simple than that and you can have it all………You can continue reading when you get your exclusive password .
Making peace with the Tsunami intro..
My dear friend fetched the car and called the family but they were occupied with………….the tsunami.
Mark and Jacky, their 3 kids and Mark’s brother and his wife watched as the Tsunami swept away their fellow hotel guests.
They escaped the ordeal to share their story with us. We could not and will not understand their pain and the scars but we knew that had to share it with as many people as possible.
During December they went back to say thank you and it turned out to be a moving experience with unique coincidences….. is it a coincidence?

Empower to be abundant intro
I believe that we live in an abundant world. Abundant wealth, abundant love, abundant faith, and abundant happiness. Therefore I can have everything I want.
(Not that I want everything…..please not).
But I know there is abundantly more than we can imagine. For example, money.
There’s no limit to the money available to you and me.
However, we grow up with a limiting believe regarding abundant money.
My dad told me that money does not grow on trees. My mother said, “I am not Rockefeller.”
For many…………….. many years of my life I believed the indoctrination.
And I asked:
“Why I am not happy?”
“Why am I just making it?”
“Why do I seem to follow the same limiting pattern as I my father and mother?”
But! I became abundant and am becoming more abundant as time continues.
